Kanken was founded in 1978 to prevent back problems among Swedish schoolchildren. We also created a children's version our classic backpack. A good habit is something that can never be broken too quickly. Kanken Kids features shoulder straps that fit small children's backs. A chest strap keeps the shoulder straps in place on their small shoulders. This design allows children to bring their lunch or their favorite teddy bear along on outings. Vinylon F fabric is durable and lightweight, so it can withstand both dirt and water. It is easy to pack and unpack the main compartment thanks to its large zippered opening. There are two flat pockets on each side and a zippered pocket at the front. The interior back pocket stores the included PE foam seat cushion.
